Up until now we`ve had a brief snifter of what summer could be like this year. We`ve been lucky enough to have a few nice weekends and hopefully the rest of the summer will be a fine affair. We hosted out first barbecue of this summer in the sun last weekend and if we get plenty more of the glorious sunshine over the forthcoming weeks, we`ll be having quite a few more. With a stack of Organic Meat on standby we comfortably catered for our guests last week and they all commented on how good the food tasted. This was due to the quality of the meat that was provided by a local butcher. We always try to use them if we can, especially for the weekend cuts of meat. For our barbecue we ordered a special mixed box of Organic Meat that had a host of barbecue favourites within it. There were stacks of meaty lamb and steak burgers, ribs and chops, not too mention kebabs and chicken pieces.
