It might seem a bit strange talking about Christmas whilst in the midst of summer but the months seem to speed past these days and it won`t be long until the festive period is upon us once more. Traditionally at this time of the year certain types of food are eaten and a Christmas goose or turkey is cooked. I love both types of meat and traditionally we tend to have turkey on Christmas Day and then a goose on Boxing Day.
