As she said, organising a wedding is an extremely difficult business at the best of times and anything she could do to cut down the stress would make her own and everybody else`s lives a lot easier. This, she felt would enable her to really relax on the day itself and enjoy properly the most important day of her life. She also thought that her friends and family would appreciate the informality of this kind of catering as they really did not like a lot of fuss of any kind. I think her wedding is going to be absolutely fabulous and I cannot wait.
